you cant delete the youtube account because when you had use the youtube page still your email address will still be there and youtube company has already made their changes for users . they works with google . but if you delete your gmai account some reason. then you wont able can use or have google internet access anymore or use able to use maps on your laptop or phone. depending if you have different email address with different password maybe might can log on it .i wouldnt delete the account for gmail  because gmail is google  you need to sign on to it if you using something on it. but you just using the map to get your way to go places its better to keep the gmail address email in case you need to look something else or need know the address of a place , phone numbers and address for business or whatever you want.

Your laptop is not your cell phone and it shouldn't matter. Besides google maps is a separate entity. As long as you have wifi you should be good.

You can't really delete accounts "from your laptop". The accounts are with Google and if you delete them they are gone whatever device you use. The only thing you have on your laptop is stuff to auto-fill passwords etc. to make using it slicker but it's the same account if you are on your cell phone or laptop.

Yes, you can use the map, but its feature won't work without login into the Gmail account.

maps doesn't require you to login. but you also cannot update any apps without your google account, so eventually it just won't work anymore.

Removing your Google account means services like Google Maps, Google Play Store, and other apps will become unavailable. It'll require you to add another Google account to your Android device or have a second Google account already signed in to keep uninterrupted access to these apps

YES.  Google Maps does not depend on having an account.

Yes you can. Your map history and reviews may be deleted tho.
