I want to say that there is no such thing as a gender-focused car but I'd be lying. The minute VW decided to put a flower vase in the previous gen Beetles, they let the world know who their target market was. How many men thought that was a cool feature? As for the Polo, no. It is a car designed with economy and practicality as it's focus. That formula can apply to everyone! If it seems like more women are buying them, then it's just a coincidence. The car is not a feminine car.

. If you got to worry about if cars a feminine then perhaps we should say they ALL ARE  fem cars so you GOT TO WALK. Young women get these cars because parents bought it for them. Dad bought them a Jeep for awhile while it was cool., then a Honda Civic, or Camaro or Mustang. No car is Feminine. No car is gay. Anybody who can afford it drives it.

Anyone of any age or gender can drive a VW Polo. A feminine car would be a pink Fiat 500.

I would like to think that any car is gender neutral.

Cars are inanimate objects and are neither male nor female.

If you want to assign a sex or gender to a vehicle, that is your own prerogative.  It's not by design or by general consensus.

THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A "FEMININE CAR". Some cars appeal to women  more than others, but that doesn't doesn't make a car "feminine". What's more is that a real man doesn't worry about what others think of the car he drives.
