Wrong, right, who really knows.  What i do know is that hate takes an aweful lot of energy, energy better focused on things that makes one happy.

Don't understand how you can HATE someone, just because they are vain.

Most certainly it is annoying, but some folk are actually brought up to  believe that the sun sun shines from their ****'oles.

Considering that vanity is based on a pathetic form of self ignorance, surely it would make much more sense to be sorry for them, for most surely, when they DO come a cropper, the truth could destroy them.

It passes as you get older.  By your thirties, you’ll find that hatred fades into dislike.  Which is acceptable, yes.

It shows you had a problem with feeling inferior.

Never hate someone for that reason however to dislike someone for that reason at least to me would be dependent on how they rub it off onto myself and others. Everyone usually likes the humble, when you’re humble, you allow others to feel more open to compliment you, show appreciation and to thinking highly of you without you needing to validate it from others via your own words/demeanor. Its also important to do the same complimenting to others especially those that do to you.

People who think highly of themselves are arrogant and vain. There is nothing to like about that. Hate is a strong word so I wouldn’t go that far if I was you. Just back away from the person if they make you feel put off by them.

It usually means you have your own insecurity or self esteem issues.

If the person isn't rude or abusive, I see no reason to hate them.
