Yes, but they also plan on doing that if Biden wins.  

Trump can send in his brown shirts (the so-called Federal Officers) to quell the riots at gunpoint.  That will of course trigger gun toting rioting extremists and all-out war will ensue.  We've already had a gun toting black extremist attempt to waste two sheriffs while they were sitting in their patrol car.

Democrats, legitimate Party members, are not burning down and smashing their own cities.  But anarchists and felons are joining in after the peaceful protesters have gone home and that's when the riots and mayhem begin.  That's when law enforcement should come out in full force to arrest the rioters who break the law and then the rioters should be prosecuted and convicted for the laws they have broken.

(LAN has the best idea.  As someone who lives in a "democrat controlled city", I would absolutely love for it to be walled off from all the idiots who come here just to cause trouble.  Even if Mexico DOESN'T pay for it!)

I imagine they will continue that regardless of who wins.
