    Keep you off these nice experiences. Only

    Surf if your over all not in poor health.

    You can't just paddle out... But once you do, that's it, there's no stopping you now. My uncle is still ripping Central West Coast at 82 years old, I **** you not my friend. There's a lot more to surfing than just hitting lips and  tucking deep bro. It's a way of life. Hope you stick with it. Surfings the source, it'll change your life. Swear to God!
