I have read an article about activities on Halong Bay. I want to know if these activities are free or not?

    When visiting Ha Long Bay you need to buy a ticket. That ticket includes a number of activities like visiting the caves. Some other activities such as kayaking, you have to pay more for that service

    If it involves people or equipment, it's not going to be free. For the kayaking, you have to rent a kayak. For the bicycling, you have to rent a bicycle. Swimming and lying on the beach is free. And prices are still very low in Vietnam.

    You have to pay to get there and cruise there.  You pay to eat and shop.  What are you asking about?
