First, make sure your device is on desktop mode and give it a try. If it is then it looks like it may be more a problem with your device than with Yahoo. Try clearing your cache then reboot your system. If that doesn't work I would wait a few hours and try again. If that doesn't work see a professional that you will not find here

If your operating system is Windows XP that also implies whatever browser you are using to access the site is a very old version (since the newer versions wouldn't work with Win XP...and Internet Explorer isn't supported for any version, anymore).

Your device's technology isn't keeping up with the browsers needed to be able to view the site correctly.

In all honesty, the trouble is your English.

Although, the trouble you are describing is usually easily fixed by the "refesh" button... but like I just said, if anything needs refreshed more, it's your English.

    Okay dude?

Your device and browser  have to be in desktop mode. That includes desktop and laptops. WinXP is  pretty outdated. Try refreshing the display. Then try try turning everything off and rebooting.

Sometimes you have to keep refreshing. If you are on a tablet or phone try desktop mode.
