How do animals know how to have sex /why to insert / where to insert / what to insert.?

    Animals put out a scent when they are ready to mate. I guess the male just puts his penis where the scent comes from.

    animals have a sex drive and an instinct to mate to carry on their genes. As for the mechanics involved they learn by trial and error. Like clumsy teenagers, they kinda know what to do but don't always get it right the first time.
