You need to order an SD card reader from Walmart or Amazon for about five dollars.

Put the SD card in an adapter and place it in the SD reader slot at the front of your laptop. Then follow the instructions to upload the photos to your hard drive.

Alternatively, you can send them via Bluetooth to your laptop straight from your phone, but this takes time.

If your computer lacks a multi-card slot, you get yourself a USB adapter in which you put the SD card, and you insert that in a USB port. The system will recognize it as a removable disk drive.

If you have a device that can read that SC card and that you can plug the device in the computer USB port, then your device is seen as a removable disk drive in itself.

If your device shares the same WiFi network as the computer, there are applications that will make them share disk system and files.
