Working on a ranch is a lot of work, and it doesn't take much motivation. Give it a try.

Working in a packing house packing and stacking tomatoes and or meat or other produce is a lot of hard work it doesn't require much intelligence but in order to keep doing the same thing over and over and over you have to be motivated and you have two lot of endurance. There is very few jobs that you're going to survive that if you have no personal motivation to do the work.

If you mean motivation to strive for improvement, then choosing a job that is necessarily simple & repetitive would be an example. I'm talking about work where doing it faster and better isn't possible or desirable.
