I wanna sell my rural land to BIG CORPORATIONS——How?

So I have land off the interstate which is great place to built hotel. I want to sell it to large hotel companies so I can make good money. How can I tell large corporations about my land ?

It’s about 5 acres

    Get a real estate agent, get a lawyer, commission a feasibility study.

    Because they don't build hotels in the middle of nowhere.
