How do I bring up the NOTIFICATIONS ON Yahoo! Answers?

I had it for a long time but now it doesn't show anything?

    Notifications is no longer working. It has been broken for months.

    Notifications aren't working for some users, and haven't been for a while. Hopefully Oath will get that fixed soon.
