Power consumption calculation?

I have an Arduino board and a 5000mAh portable charger that outputs at 9V 2A. How long could the charger power the board?

Assume that only the board is being powered, so the figures in the link are valid.

FIND OUT ITS IDLING STANDBY CURRENT WITH ACTUAL MEASUREMENT WITH A DC CURRENT METER. EXAMPLE: SUPPOSE IT IS 100mA, THEN TOTAL STANDBY TIME IS LESS THAN 5000 / 100 HOURS.
