The super delegates will likely vote for Bernie Sanders if Hillary is indicted in time before the democratic national convention. No one else in the democratic party got delegates, so they don't have much of another choice.

Republicans better pray that Hillary is not indicted, because Bernie regularly polls better than she does against Trump.

I think she would still be the nominee. An indictment is not a conviction.
