Is there ever any reason good enough for one to feel sorry for yourself?

Yes this is *personal* Something that happened a little more than a month ago and I thought I would have myself a really good cry about it. But that hasn't happened (yet) and now I'm to the point of wondering if it's worth it or not. Given that I feel I possess the full range of human emotions, I've also thought that it's been a really long time too since I had cried. Knowing as well that it can be a cathartic thing. I'm just wondering if I should otherwise let it be.

Thing with emotions is, they tell US. Not the other way around. They're like the weather out your window. It is what it is, and it visits us. If you need to cry, for whatever reason, then you need to cry. Simple as that. Where we get into trouble is when we try to edit and choose what we will feel. Might as well try to talk ourselves out of having to pee when we have to. Good luck with that one too!

Yes, everybody does sometimes. Crying is healthy, especially if your alone its good to get it out. Crying should come naturally though, its disturbing that you can hold it in for so long and control it.

if you feel like crying i would say do it if its going to make you feel better you should never keep it in because you will get more stressed just do it when your on your own if it make you feel better
