If Putin restored the Romaoffs?
According to the book by Massie, "Nicholas and Alexandra", the last tsar's titles included the countries of Estonia, Georgia and Finland and being "Heir of Norway", as well as owning certain duchies or principalities in Germanby such as Holstein and Oldenburg: My QUESTION is, Would that give Russia any territorial claims outside of its present boundaries, if they restored the royal family to the throne of Russia?

May not be practical to restore the Monarchy these days. The Russian Authorities may consider compensation to accredited and proven family members who have been robbed of their property.

He can't restore the Romanoff's (all dead) but he can install 'himself' as new Russian Czar of Putin family.
Many in the West and world believe that's exactly what he is doing and taking back for Russia....Belarus, Ukraine, Estonia , Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania to again belong to Russia.
His excuse is not to 'restore the monarchy' but to....'protect Russian speakers'....in these countries by taking the countries over and making them again provinces of Russian empire.
