I am going to be 40 this year. I'M wondering what health measures I should take to keep healthy.?

Never been pregnant.

    First of all, start with a complete physical exam to see if you have any problems now.

    Don't smoke. Drink in moderation.

    Minimize fried foods. Eat lean meat, whole grains, and vegetables.

    Exercise. Start by setting a goal of walking 30 minutes a day, 3+ times per week.
