can i run arma 2 at all with this set up?

i want to play arma 2

CPU- amd A-6

GPU- amd radeon graphics hd 7520g

RAM- 4gbs

can i run this game at all?

    Yes, but it probably won't run very well except on low settings maybe

    Does this happen to be HP Laptop g6 2249wm From walmart? if so let me know im thinking about buying it and im just wondering if it runs arma 2 pretty good?
