Anti-nuclear Iran or anti-climate change?
Should developing countries develop nuclear power subject to inspections? Or should we force them all to keep burning fossil fuels until the world runs out, and then attack?

Developing countries who develop nuclear power already are subject to - local - stringent inspections, be it for their own local safety.
