Can I legally buy a 2006 switched on schoolhouse software?
According to their website- "The initial user of the software product may make a one-time permanent transfer of this EULA and software product only directly to an end user, and only for no monetary or other compensation." Basically saying - you can't sell this software.
According to my research- I read "All that said, if you can get used copies of 2006 or earlier, you can use it without registering." Did the policy change in 2007? So if I were to get a 2006 or earlier- would that me I can legally buy it and sell this product.
Does any one have the end user agreement for the 2006 version?
I understand that most likely I won't be prosecuted if I bought this product. But I just want to do what's right and honoring to God. =).

I am an authorized AOP dealer. You are correct in stating that they can't be sold legally. I will say, though, that the older versions are lacking in lessons and material. They are more prone to software glitches also. They add new material every year and they have gotten really good lately, but some of the older stuff only has a few lessons per section, which is just not enough coverage IMHO. We use mostly SOS, but are using a few lifepacs this year.

We homeschool & I've looked into using Switched on SchoolHouse.
Like I you I was unclear about buying used copies so I didn't buy them.
I never called the company to ask & I think that is the best thing you can do to get an answer.

Sonlight has similar policy regarding their teacher guides. You can't sell them. You can give them away. Contact SOS or buy a new version if you are unsure and want best advice.
