Can someone PLEASE tell me if Walgreens will hire someone with a non-adjudicated felony?
I live in Florida. I have 1 drug charge from 2007. Although I have completely changed my life, it looks as if my past is always going to follow me.

That was a long time ago. Does non-adjudicated mean that you were charged but never prosecuted, or that you pled no-contest because it makes a difference? If this is something you have to tell employers about because they are going to find out on their own, then just tell them you made a mistake and you learned. That was a long time ago, so I doubt it will be a deal-breaker. Good Luck.

As i've heard it, it's in opposition to the law for an corporation to no longer a rent a felon just since of their record (in many instances they are able to, if for illustration your were a baby molester and were seeking to get a job as a kindergarten teacher...Things that immediately relate to the subject, so when you had washed tests or embezzled they could refuse you) however for aggravated theft, that well-nigh has nothing to do with accounting. So if they do not hire you solely on that basis, you would have a law-swimsuit you may also need to pursue.
