Is it compulsory for all Malaysian Drivers to RENEW their Driving Licence following their Birthday?
or is it optional,kind of confuse lol

it is based on the expiry date stated on the driving licence

The expiry date of a Malaysian drivers licence in stated on the licence itself, and has to be renewed on or before that date. You have the option for 1 year, three years, or five years, and you pay accordingly.
