What does it mean to have a mars sign Rx in Gemini?

I believe the RX means Retrograde. I also know that times of retrograde can mean something along the lines of Murphy's Law... However, my Mars sign is RX in Gemini... what exactly would this mean for me?

Update:

Murphy's Law does have something to do with Retrograde, when it's in Mercury. I know what the term Retrograde has to do with the planets... but not in relation to how it ties into Mars and being born with a Mars sign in Retrograde. You did not answer my question.

Rx does means Retrograde. however it has nothing to do with Murphy's Law. Retrograde means to regress or "move backwards". when a planet goes Rx it means it apears to move backwards in the sky instead of following its normal orbit path (when compared to fixed stars)

a Retrograde doesn't mean the planet actually reverses physically. for example if you and a friend are riding around a track and you are on the inside track and they are on the outter lane, then everytime you both hit the turn you will see them appear to drop back. that drop back is the retrograde due to their longer trip around the curve, resulting in them look like they are doing backwards even tho they are not
