I'm on Weight Watchers and can't loose?

I'm not even eating all of my points, and I still can't loose. I've been at the same weight for 3 weeks, and my goal is still over 100 lbs away.

Have you ever experienced this? What did you do about it?

A lot of people have been having difficulties on the new Weight Watchers.

Some things you can try (that have worked for other people) are

-- to count 1 point for every serving of fruit that you eat. I know it says that 5 servings of fruit per day are free, but fruits are high in calories and sugar so that sometimes sabotages weight loss.

-- make sure you're not nibbling or "testing" foods too much without counting points.

-- make sure you count points correctly. For example, the sour cream i use is 0 points for 2 tablespoons...with 0 fat, 0 protein, 0 fiber and 3 carbs. However, adding another 1-2 tablespoons would make it 1 point. You'd be surprised how many people miscalculate other foods like this.

-- keep track of your vegetables. Only 4 servings per day can be counted as free. Although, vegetables aren't as big a problem as fruits because they don't hold near as much sugar...but still there's a "too much" for everything.

-- work out a little more. Go on walks. I used to do a 10 minute kickboxing video that i found on spark people a few times through.

Switch to the Atkins plan to start...you'll lose weight quick upfront, then switch back to Weight Watchers.
