where can I buy the Gerber good start ready made formula?
IT COMES IN A GLASS BOTTLE. THE HOSPITAL GAVE US SOME WHEN MY INFANT WAS BORN AND NOW I CAN NOT FIND THEM IN STORES ANYWHERE

Check the Gerber website, or call their customer service number. You could also contact the hospital and see if they would sell you some.

It sounds like an item that is probably given only to hospitals -- ready-made glass bottles of formula are not something one sees distributed to stores.
Why not:
nurse?

buy a store brand of formula?
