Why did God (and/or Jesus) let Tim Tebow down? He seems so genuine is his devotion to God?

Yet God gave him no help in Saturday's game against the Patriots.

What's up with that?

It wasn't God that let Tebow down. It was the Broncos' offensive line!

God may be the only One who kept the poor boy from being crushed like a bug.

Brady prayed for a Bronchos victory, with Tebow. God gave Tebow what he NEEDED for his career: a good hard look at his flaws. Brady was MERCILESS.

God got his name glorified through Tebow beforehand anyway.

Tebow DID get a victory. For an NFL career long term. But not for that game, obviously.

We see what a rookie can do with God on his side. Made Tebow a serious threat.

Now lets see what a more seasoned Tebow can do with God on his side.

Brady is a Christian who prays.

I learned that God does play football, in His characteristic morally corrective manner. God IS interested in football, but not for the same reasons the rest of us are.

What if someone on the other team prayed better than Tebow and God favored the other person. Or maybe Tim Tebow is not the big deal quarterback everyone seems to think he is just because he makes a big show of public praying. Alex Smith, Eli Manning - those are good quarterbacks.

by using fact Tim Tebow sucks a million. he's not a QB he's greater like a good end or an entire decrease back the guy cant even throw a respectable ball. 2.Whats the hype approximately this rookie he approximately as solid as Ryan Leaf 3.He fumbles 4.All he does is this habitual 1down RUNS 2downHANDOFF 3downFAIL bypass 4down kick Dont get me incorrect he's a super guy yet no all celebrity QB

He broke 2 of the basic laws stipulated in the Ten Commandments:

1.Thou shalt have no other gods before me(Commandment #2). This prohibits the construction or fashioning of "idols" in the likeness of created things (beasts, fish, birds and people i.e Jesus ) and worshipping them. Hence, by praying to Jesus, he is breaking this commandment of not worshipping other gods before me.

    2. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy ( Commandment #4). Competing against another team and getting paid for it is certainly not keeping the sabbath day! - Saturday is the sabbath because it really is the 7th day of the week.

God will help you feel more confident or help you get through hard times. He does not care who wins a football game. He just doesn't care. Because football is a game, and does not matter. At all. That's why.

Obviously the Lord's servant Tim Tebow must have committed a transgression to anger the Lord. Do not worry; I am sure he repented.

god said..........:for there will be a man who will evangelize during a sports game and the first year of this nobody will understand but he will make it far., but this is not his year...for he has many more tribulations before he makes it to the big game

If God lobotimizes someone, utterly destroys his life and refuses to help him, why would he help someone win a sports game?
