If the Mississippi homunculus personhood question passes, will fertilized eggs count as 3/5ths of a person?

fertilized eggs will be a complete person. 100% citizen with rights.

Once the children are born though they don't count till they turn 18 and either pay taxes or join the military.

Save the eggs and get those filthy kids away from the buffet table. We can't afford to feed them and welfare just encourages their lazy mothers to be parasites.

    Every sperm is sacred.

    Every sperm is great.

    If a sperm is wasted,

    God gets quite irate.

No they will count as more then a person. A pure object of God since it will have more rights then the woman carrying it....
