Prosecuittore Mignini should have also dropped the sex game thing . I would think that a girl who felt like playing a sex game with 2 men of mixed ethnicities and maybe her flatmate Meredith, would not ask her because one wouldn't expect her to say yes, and after she said no she would think Amanda was a disgusting pervert and a total $Iut. ,Unless of course she knew Meredith was into kinky stuff, so she would be ok with that.

Think about it . The sex game theory implies that Meredith said yes when Amanda asked. Thus, there are now news reports all over the world about how Meredith died during a sex game she was playing with 3 other people, one of which was Black, another was a semi lesbian.

Did Mignini slander Meredith by telling everyone she agreed to participate in a deviant sex act, even though he knew this was something from his imagination and did not happen in real life?

If you're genuinely concerned about righting international injustices, you should be campaigning for murder charges to be brought against the US fighter pilot who killed 20 tourists of various European nationalities at Cermis in Italy in 1998.

Why are you heeding the opinion of somebody who has no idea about what he is talking about? His wife has not lived in Italy for ages, and certainly has no more information about the Amanda Knox case that anybody else in the US, given the lopsided and biased reporting about the case made by the mainstream media.

Should we all boycott the USA because they have the death penalty and execute people who have not been proven guilty "beyond any reasonable doubt", like they did with Troy Davis several days ago? Certainly not, because it's not the American people and businesses that put to death somebody whose guilt was never definitely proven in court.

Amanda Knox was sentenced to a fairly lenient sentence despite the horrific crime she committed with her boyfriend, and is now exerting her right to appeal. The Italian justice system is much more fair and balanced than the American one (in the US judges are elected, in Italy they are not), so let's stop listening to people like Mr. Trump, he has absolutely no say in what goes on thousands of miles away.

Mrs C and Hank are guilters. They are angry because 2 of the people arrested for this crime are Black men, and one of them was convicted. They believe that the Italian police assume the Black guys committed the crime specifically because of their race.

Now Amanda is a cute white girl and her problems have made the news all over the world, and there are many people on her side, but nobody cares about the Black guys.

Just about everything the police and the prosecution has said has proven to be a lie, and we know Amanda didn't do it, the issue here is racism.

"The bandwagon of people who have mounted a PR campaign for this woman" this is something that doesn't exist, it is a conspiracy theory, If it did they would have raised money and put a price on prosecutor Mignini's head, and some Italian hit man would have killed him by now. If there was a PR campaign it would be whoever fed all the disinformation about Amanda to the press.

I hope that Amanda wins her appeal and gets out of Italy. Then Hollywood can make a comedy about Rudy Guede and Prosecutore Mignini and how Mig-ninny thought Amanda and her boss sacrificed Merdith in a satanic ritual and then changed his mind and now he says Meredith was playing a sex game that got too rough, and how those dumb ***s in the courthouse actually bought his 2nd story.

Amanda Knox is guilty of an horrific sex crime, the details of which have largely gone unreported in the USA. The sentence should be one of life, and in my opinion she should never be released. The bandwagon of people who have mounted a PR campaign for this woman (an extraordinary way for an appeal in a criminal case to be conducted) should be investigated, and the source of the huge sums of money involved should be made known.

CBS News should be the subject of a police investigation by the Italian authorities, and certain employees should be charged with the criminal offences involved in attempting to pervert the course of justice by interfering with witnesses.

It has been suggested that people who

travel abroad and conduct themselves in such a manner as to bring the United States into disrepute should not have an automatic right to carry a passport issued by the US authorities. Under international law, there is no way to prevent a troublemaker who is not a criminal from leaving the country. There is however, no obligation on a government to issue a document declaring its support for someone who does. A passport remains the property of the government. There are precedents - the British government refuses to issue passports to known football hooligans it suspects of wishing to use them in order to organise riots abroad.

The entourage of the Knox family have consistently behaved themselves in such a way as to bring their country into disrepute, by every means they can including causing disturbances in court which would have seen them jailed for contempt of court in most places. They are good examples of the sort of people whose passports should be removed. That would not prevent them from travelling abroad, it would just alert other countries to the fact that they might not want to let them over their borders.

The term 'sex game' should not be used. Meredith was held down while one of her attackers placed a pillow under her hips to help with the assault. She was covered in 40 wounds. Her throat was then slit from wide open, through muscles, tendons etc. This cannot be described as a 'sex game'.

If you pay a PR company, you would, normally expect them to mount a PR campaign for you. That is exactly what has been done by the Knox family, so I doubt if even they would agree with you. Seattle-based PR agency Gogerty Marriott have been given the job of misleading the US public about this criminal case.

Because Amanda ( aka Foxy Knoxy ) is an American, Meredith is not. This is a matter of us against them. the Italian's are accusing an American. The killer was a black Italian, and the victim was just a semi-Brit . Although American experts believe Rudy did the murder by himself, Knox's DNA was found all over Meredith's apartment, and her boyfriend's DNA was on Meredith's bra clasp. so they think Knox is lying, and she was convicted on Rudy's testimony and that of a psychic who is the prosecutor's chief advisor. All of the other evidence and witness testimony is bogus.

We need to teach Italy a lesson, if they mess with one of us, they will be sorry they did.
