I want to modify my '95 Ford Crown Victoria for high performance. What should I do to it?

I want a minimum of 400BHP and would LIKE to get .90 G's on a skidpad at 60MPH I am open to anything; a corvette engine/tranny, or a turbo charged stock 4.6L would work. Open to any sort of suggestions anyone may have. Please and thank you.
