:) She is a pronoun, and it has to do a lot with verbs. Ask your English teacher, she/he can help. But, Shana's sister probably doesn't practice as much as Shana. There are 2 possibilities:
1) her
3) me
But, 1) her is the better option because Shana has to do with the sentence, it doesn't say anything about you. And I think I'm getting my "I's" and "me's"mixed up so I'm not the best person to go to right now... o.e

I think it is 1) her.
because she doesnt sound right...
and it would be "shauna's sister does not practice as much as I" not me.

Technically, I,you,he,she,it; we,you,they are subjective case (the "do-ers" of the action). Me,you,him,her,it; us,you,them are the objective case (the receivers of the action).
