Filling out job applications?

So I'm filling out job applications, and many of them ask if I have my drivers license. I don't, but by the time that I would start working, I will. Should I say yes or no to the license questions?

Update:

I can't just add details. I am doing some applications online and there isn't a space to write an explanation.

TRUST ME ON THIS. write no. because

    1. if by some chance you fail your test, and get an interview, well..that would be a lie then if you put yes.

    2. even if you put no, you can still get the interview. then, once there, explain that you have it now (if you do)

usually if they ask if you have a dl then they will ask for the dl #.

So say no. No big deal.
