Can I still use my old gamertag on Xbox 360?
I want to add a new gamer tag. My son uses the current one. Would he still be able to use it online in Xbox live games if I make a new gamer tag?

Well, it depends. Is your old gamer tag still have gold membership? If not, he won't able to play online with friends or other gamers. However, he can still send messages currently on his "Friends List." You can make a new gamer tag at anytime, but be sure you get a gold membership.
You can add a new one, you will have 2 gamer tags. I have 3 gamer tags, only one of them is gold.
In fact, you can play online with your son on the same screen. Of course, depending on the game. Halo 1, 2, and 3, Halo: Reach, Gears of War 1 and 2 you can play online together.
In summary, you and your son can play online as long both of them have "gold memberships."
