Is it a good thing to apply for your old job back if you left the job just four months ago? I just need an opinion.

You have to know very clearly the reason that cause you left the job and do you really think it is worth to go back a place where you leave. Once you have made you decision to go back or retreat, do not regret and stick to what you decided.
