is it possible that he is blaming everyone else because he really does not WANT to follow this path, but doesn't know how to get out of it?? sometimes, people who always blame on others feel 'stuck in a corner', sometimes, it isn't there fault, & sometimes it is...just cuz it's the 4th time, doesn't mean it IS always his fault..take that into consideration when you write to him;; but yeah, the real 'fault' lies in the fact that he just can't get out of what he is in;; he may need more help than he can muster up for himself...& you MAY just see what's on the surface, rather than seeing how ea situation has effected him...he MAY have a 'leg to stand' on when he is talking about his circumstances, cuz simply some people are influenced more by others than being the influencers themselves;; I am not one to pass up the fact that we ALL take responsibility for what we've done, or gotten ourselves into, or behave, but when ya truly don't know an alternative, it could be very difficult...some people just can't 'rise' above their influences, & sometimes we just can't develop or apply the 'strength' to figure out how to get out of it..good luck to your nephew & hope he gets the help he needs to accept responsibility & to be able to figure out, or get the help, to get him on the right path...
