How do you find someone thats been "lost" ?

No dont worry, nobody is actually lost.

Im just looking for someone that I knew about 10 years ago. Ive wanted to get in touch with him and every once in a while, I go on spurs where im searching phone books, facebook, myspace, twitter.. etc.. But I am still unable to find him unless I pay a crapload of money for one of those search engines online.

Is there any way that I would be able to find this person without having to pay ridiculous amounts of money?

Or do I need to find him through one of these websites?

i dont think that you have to go through all those website did you have friends in common or know someone that knew him start there and then try calling the opperator and get a list of names and numbers it may seem like alot if he has a common name but its a start try looking for him family members also if you can remember any of there names good luck and i hope you find him and only use those websites if its your last option
