Um, I don't really know how to explain it, but if you see it, you'll get what I mean.

(NOTE: I did my exam in June so I don't really remember the counts)

I'm also really sorry if this makes no sense at all.

If no one else can answer it, I can make a video if you like, showing the basic idea of the exercise. If you want me to make a video, email me at holly.richards94@yahoo.com.au

    1. Start in first position, facing the barre.

    2. Lift right leg to 45 degree angle and then into retire.

    3. Lift leg back out and back in (repeated 3 or 4 times)

    4. Return back to first position.

    5. Repeat on left leg.

    6. Sashay to the left in second position.

    7. Turn to face front, arm going from first to second position.

    8. Side bend into barre. Return arm to second position.

    9. Sashay forwards and into first position, arm going to bras bras.

    10. Fondu right leg to halfway between from and side (like 45 degrees), arm going to fifth position.

    11. Return to first position, arm in bras bras.

    12. Fondu left leg back (same as no. 10. but to the back), right arm in front (you'll be facing the barre at a 45 degree angle) hand in line with eyes.

    13. Fondu back with right leg (same as no. 12. but with right leg), arm in fifth.

    14. Arm swiveles around, over shoulder to back and around through bras bras and to third arabesque.

Okay, that is a really bad explaination... But like I said before, email me if you would like me to make a video..
