where can i find an .OGM plugin for xilisoft ultimate converter?

THAT OR IF ANYONE KNOWS A 100% FREE OGM TO WMV CONVERTER, I WOULD BE GRATEFULL!

I'm not sure of an .ogm plugin, sir, but I know of two freeware .ogm to .wmv converters.
Format Factory is capable of converting multiple different audio, video, and picture formats ... .ogm being one of these, and Prism Video Converter is another. The download links are below.
