How do I erase the voicemail envelope on my phone?
I have no messages or anything, but I can't seem to find how to to erase the dang message. It's a Samsung A920 if that helps.

Scroll to messaging , you should see something that reads clear count. They should take care of it. If not turn off your phone, remove the battery then put it back in.

Try doing a hard reset by taking the battery out, wait 30 seconds and then place it back in. Hopefully that will work.
