Crossed drilled slotted rotors?

Can crossed drilled slotted rotors be resurfaced? I have one that has slight grooves cut in from a bad pad. I don't know if the rotor has to be replaced or if it can be saved.

    Yes they can slots make no difference to machining.

    Yes, they can be resurfaced same as a normal rotor
