help i need a 800 to a 1000 cals diet two follow for two weeks?

    Morning: Wake up Alarm:

    5:00 am: Freshen up: Take 2 Pills of Multi Vitamins to keep you going throughout the Day. Take with Half a Cup of Tea so that they dissolve quickly and enter your Blood.

    6:00 am: Start Walking around your Hotel (Since you mention you are on Move, assume you are travelling/ On Tour). Ten Minutes Warm Up. 45 Minutes Brisk Walking. Ten Minutes Cooling Period. No Need to Jog. Enjoy the Environment, Look at other Attractive People around you, Explore and have a Sense of Adventure.

    Breakfast: Eat Bright Coloured Fruits. Apples, Guavas, Carrots, Bananas, Brocllis, NO RESTRICTIONS. EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. A Glass of Fat Free Yoghurt or Tea with Double Toned Milk.

    8:00 AM: Off to work.

    LUNCH: 13:30 Green Salad Without Dressings, Lentil Soup or Green Pea Soup, 2 Small Brown Breads, Steamed Green Vegetables with a Slice of Baked Mackerel or Tuna Fish. Hungry ? No Restrictions on Fruits !! EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

    17:00 HOURS: A Cup of Hot Tea with Double Toned Milk.

    19:00 Hours - 20:00 Hours: If alone go for a Stroll. If with Friends, have fun. A Glass of Red Wine and some Nuts.

    21:15: Grilled Chiken leg, Little Steamed Rice, a Good Green Salad, and any Fruit.

    SLEEP: 7-8 Hours. Let the Body Repair Itself. Let it Heal.

    ANTIOXIDANTS: FRUITS !! No Quantity Restrictions. Nature has given Bright Colours to Good Fruits so that you are automatically visually attracted to them. Brighter the Colour: More the amount of Antioxidants. Oranges !! Reds !! Greens !! Nature wants you to eat them !!

    WATER: Drink as much you can. You should be visiting the Loo every 2 Hours. Flush Out Toxins from your Body. No Aerated Drinks like Cokes, et cetra. Just Plain Cool Water is the Elixir of Life. When Scientists were looking for Life on Mars, they looked for Water !!

    OILS, FATS: Sorry Not Allowed. Not Even Olive Oils or Fish Oils. Your Body will make all the Oils It needs.

    Irrespective of calories, you will loose about 4-5 Kgs every 15 Days till you reach your Ideal Weight in 3 Months.

    Breakfast: cereal with milk

    Snack: 1 fruit

    Lunch: salad with tuna on top

    Snack: 1/3c almonds

    Dinner: Chicken with vegetables.

    Drink at least 2L of water per day and try to exercise daily if you can for maximum results!
