Best way to get domains and best host for blogging?

This is what I am looking at. I know quite a bit about several different topics that have nothing to do with each other. So I am wanting to do at least 3 different blogging sites but I would like to host them all from the same account.

I've read that you are better off to use your own domains and get a host rather than use something like blogger.

What is the best way to get 4 or 5 domains and best host for blogging? Can all 3 blogs be hosted from the same account? Has to be a program that is simple to use as well. Thanks

OK, you need a host which supports unlimited domain hosting.

I recommend one of these: http://www.hosttell.com/

Powweb has the best offer right now. It's on a 50% sale - $3.88/month ($46.56/year), and you get a free domain from them. They have unlimited domain hosting which means that you can host all your websites on the same account. (you can register the additional domain names with them or with any other domain name registrar. I prefer http://www.namecheap.com)./ If you register your additional domains with a 3rd party registrar, you just need to enter Powweb's nameservers (ns1.powweb.com and ns2.powweb.com) in your domain's control panel.

Powweb includes easy, one click install of Wordpress from their control panel (InstallCentral). It's the most popular blogging software used by majority of top blogs. Basically you just install it, choose a theme that you like, and start adding content. You can customize the theme, add plugins and a lot more. You can do it for each of your websites.

WordPress is pretty simple, as will be any web host with something called Fantastico, which will let you automatically install WordPress. I use HostGator, and it works great. It's cheap, lets you host unlimited sites, and has Fantastico.

    The free way:

Sign up for a wordpress.com account.

    http://wordpress.com/

If you are willing to pay setup your own site and install wordpress on it and then split the site into sub-domains.

There are of course other blogging platforms but this is perhaps the easiest for newbies to use.
