Ham or Turkey for you meat.

Sides: Stuffing, corn, mashed potatoes, gravy, dinner rolls. Some people like green bean casserole, beats, and yams.

Unless you're having ALOT of people, you only need 2 of those:) The best hams are genuine Honey-Baked Hams, from a Honey-Baked store, and you'd just heat it up. You probably only need 1/4 ham with the other meats. A Prime Rib of beef is wonderful ... and a hen turkey is more tender than a tom (but smaller). Mashed potatoes are a MUST; and probably sweet potatoes too:) A green salad to start would be great. Green bean casserole, brussel sprouts or glazed carrots would be good too. A fruit salad or fruit ambrosia would be perfect. Rolls & butter ... maybe a relish tray with olives, pickles, peppers, etc. And, of course, dessert:) Sounds like alot of people, so a layer cake, a cheesecake and a platter of cookies, brownies, cream puffs would be nice - maybe some dishes of fudge and spiced nuts....
