I have a Ma Audio HK 2000D getting a pioneer premier 1000 watt rms sub, so i will be running 1000w x 1 @ 2 ohm?

my truck (2005 dakota ST) has a 136 amp alternator. I know i need to upgrade the battery and the big 3 but will my alternator handle the added stress? By the way no power anything in my truck.

    It sounds like your cool.

A 2 farad Cap would help if you see a big drop in your head lights.

What is the big 3 ?

It looks like this amp pulls a lot of power. Get a good battery.

Premier's hit so hard, you will see.

should be good 136amp is a high output. the other thing that would help is adding a cap. 1 farat per 1000W.
