How do i save to a location that is not listed In OS X 10.5?

just trying to save to a file, but the locations are severely limited.

The only locations i have as an option are "computer name",WINDOWS(my xp partition),Firefox,Dropbox,Desktop,"My Name",Applications,Documents,And three recent folders.

How do i expand my options as i do not want to save to any of these, i want to save to a sub folder.

When you get the save to box, next to the name of the current location there is a ble triangle, just click on it and it will give you the option to save the file anywhere you want.

if you are saving a file that you have just downloaded, chances are the default location set in firefox is your desktop. what you can do is to initially save it there, and then transfer the file to the folder of your choice. if you have a Windows OS on your Mac, it'll behave pretty much like a regular Windows set-up.
