When you try to vote?
Are the lists all full of resolved questions that haven't moved over into the "resolved" list for you, too? I find it hard to find answers to vote on.
I have not gone to a lot of categories, but for the ones I have gone to, especially when you get past the first few pages, it is hard to find an unresolved question in the tab that is supposed to be unresolved questions. I just went to the "ethnic foods" category and the last full page had maybe 2 unresolved questions on it. All the rest were either already resolved or deleted.

go to subject that you like
in the right side , just click the unresolved question and vote
