Would you consider this world 'civilised' ? If not, what would it take to make this world 'civilised' ?

There is so much suffering going on in the world. What do we do about it ? Your comments, please.

Civilisation is not subject to the events that take place.

It is a consequence of society and evolution and therefore the world is civilised.

The regret is that civilisation does not necessarily go hand in hand with being civil. This is where the confusion lies.

Once civilisation adopts the principles of being civil then we will have truly progressed to a more a peaceful future.

i think some part of this world is already civilised, such as the developed country.

but the civilised country unfortunately taking advantage of the developing country.

to make all part of this world cvilised the developed country has to helped the developing country withot taking advantage from these country.

such as taking their natural resources in very cheap prices in exchange of new technology or whatever
