Those are the current top 4 leading search engines, of course Google has a huge chunk of the search market, but the organic traffic doesn't seem to "convert" as well as Yahoo! or MSN. Ask.com is really ramping up the advertisements on TV and might be a potential player in the future, their results are also very relevant and decent.

Depends on what you are looking for. Yahoo tends to outperform Google for "shopping" type queries (e.g., "buy a DVD player") while Google is the leader for reference. Both are doing a pretty decent job intermingling a variety of types of results in the main listings-- maps, products, video, news articles, etc.

Vertical search engines abound as well-- that focus on a particular niche. For example, business.com has a lot of B2B service providers-- so if that is what you are looking for, you are better served going there vs. the major engines.

Goodsearch.com makes donations for each search performed on that site. The results may not be better, but you can feel like you are contributing to a good cause.

google is best, just search for the good keyword and google give you the best answer, i think dogfile.com is also nice
