pls i am seeking advice?

my weight is 68 kg and i am 167cm how can i lose two kg to reach my ideal weight pls advice me ,

note: i workout 3 times a wk with cardio and resistant and weight lifting for about 1h 40min

    What you're doing is good. With that exercise, make sure you incorporate good diet. You can eat salads, sandwiches, chicken wraps, etc. You don't have to be eating the same food everyday. Try to change up the recipes. Also, change up the exercises every week or so because if you keep doing the same exercises over and over for a long period of time your body will get used to doing them and you will not burn as much fat. Also, skipping burns more calories than running!

Also, try drinking a cup of two of coffee in the morning to boost your metabolism, drink diet soda, eat fat free or lite condiments such as salad dressing, mayo, cheese, butter, etc. After that, you have to burn off more calories. Working out is good start, but the more cardio you do the better. I recommend doing double the cardio per workout. For example, ride that stationary bike before your workout, and then walk, jog, or run on the treadmill at the end or you workout. Also, stay active during the day, take the stairs instead of the escalator, go for a walk with the dog, take up an athletic hobby. Whatever you can do to make your body.

    Reduce carbs, Carbohydrats store energy, so less sugar and fiber, also veggies work good, though carbs include fibre, so if your gonna reduce fiber I say buy some metimucial it helps digest food.
