Is there a 1-800 # for yahoo regarding abuse?

A member is harassing and stalking my boyfriend and I and also impersonating my boyfriends account, including his picture name and description. He has done this nunder numerous accounts and will not cease. IS there anyone we can speak to personally regarding this? The yahoo reports are slow or unresponsive. Thanks
