How can I get my printer to print "Portrait" and have the page line up squarely by default?

PC runs on WindowsXP. Printer's a Canon iP 1500.

    Go to CONTROL PANEL, Double Click on PRINTERS & FAXES, CLICK on your printer then RIGHT CLICK, then Click on "PRINTING PREFERENCES" Then Click on PAGE SETUP

    Take it out for dinner. Then, maybe a movie. And when the time is just right, rub the special button. That'll get it goin'.
